New owners receive extensive training from Caring Senior Service— including 55+ hours of virtual training as well as 40+ hours of in-person training — on the Caring model and the home care industry. FLEXIBILITY
One of the advantages to buying a franchise with Caring is we offer a flexible 5-year franchise agreement rather than the 10-year, lock-in agreements offered by other home care franchises today. We have multiple renewals and multi-unit agreements. Owners can even reserve additional territories as they grow their business.
