Do I need healthcare or home care experience?
No! You do not need healthcare or home care experience to be a successful Caring senior care agency franchisee. During your initial training, we will teach you everything you need to know about the industry. In fact, many of our franchisees come from a wide variety of backgrounds. But they all have one thing in common: a passion for serving seniors and building their community.
How much can I make as a home care franchise owner?
The home care industry continues to grow at an unprecedented rate, now approaching $80 Billion in annual revenues in the U.S. alone. Your earnings will depend on a number of factors from your own overhead and compensation structure to how efficiently you operate your Caring senior care agency using all the many valuable Caring tools, systems, and processes to how aggressively you market your business for clients. A key step in our Caring Path to Ownership includes a full review of our Item 19 in our Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD), as well as, providing you with a template to build your caring Business Plan augmented by speaking directly with existing Caring owners for advice. How long does it take to complete the process and become a Caring owner?
Our process is very defined to ensure we provide ALL the information you need to consider TOGETHER with us if being a caring Senior Service owner is right for you and our caring system. Typically, our process is completed in a 6-8 week timeframe; however, we pride ourselves to WORK AT YOUR PACE and the pace desired by each qualified candidate. We do not chase you nor push you to make decisions if you are not ready. There is much to cover, and it is important we get to know you and you get to know our entire Caring team as our process reaches completion. Our absolute goal is mutual approval and success with every senior care agency owner candidate!
Is it possible to own more than 1 market?
It is not only possible, but quite common to own more than 1 market with Caring and we have many owners who operate more than 1 market successfully today. It all starts with that first market, your first home care franchise’s office and working together to ensure it is a solid success. We then assist and guide you to build upon that initial market success to pursue and expand into other markets IF YOU desire. The continual growth and expansion of our existing Caring owners always remains a key focus for our entire Support Team.
What is the Caring organizational structure to open the business?
We have a proven model to begin operations of your Caring business. There are 3 key roles required: Agency Director (often the owner) + Care Manager + Home Care Consultant. The owner may be in any of the 3 roles in start-up, but most often the owner is in the Agency Director role to manage, oversee the entire business in the beginning.
