We named Justin McAdoo as our new chief technology officer as part of our continued investment in innovation and scalable franchise operations. McAdoo brings a wealth of experience in systems innovation, digital transformation, and workflow strategy from roles at T-Mobile, Verge, and his own software startup. He’s now focused on evolving our proprietary Tendio platform into a “force multiplier” that can streamline operations, surface insights, and give time back to caregivers and franchisees.
