Caring Senior Service recently hosted its 2025 Annual Owners Conference in Cancún, Mexico, celebrating franchise owners’ achievements and preparing them for continued success. This year’s theme, “Focusing on Fundamentals: Building Relationships in Your Community,” included educational seminars, networking events, and guest presentations on AI, digital marketing, veteran services, and talent management.
The highlight of the event was the presentation of the Hedgehog Award to Tom Kopp of Mercer County, New Jersey, honoring his dedication to helping seniors age in place. Additional awards recognized top-performing franchisees in client growth, referral generation, and caregiver excellence.
