Caring Senior Service was a godsend when our ailing mom needed additional care while in an assisted living facility. Without exception her caregivers, over the span of two years, were attentive and kind. It was a comfort to her entire family, knowing that she was in their loving, capable care during the last years of her life. We will be forever grateful.

If you are looking for affordable, reliable, trustworthy care by well trained professionals for your loved one then look no further. If I could I would give them 10 stars! The Home Health Aides are so caring and work very hard to make sure your loved one is comfortable and that things are done they way they prefer. It's the little things that make a huge difference. My 96 yr old mother went from being completely independent to needing 24 hour care practically overnight. We initiated service with Caring for Seniors in July 2020 just part time and as a back up to another agency we started with in 2019 that were having trouble filling shifts. After being with said agency for over a year they abruptly stopped service 3 weeks ago with less than a 2 hour notice before night shift, on a Friday, before Thanksgiving week. I was completely panic stricken because I live out of state and we are in the middle of a pandemic making travel very difficult. Jennifer the owner of Caring for Seniors took my call personally and stepped in immediately to make sure my Mom had the care she needed with little to no warning. It's a far cry from our experience at the other agency where there was an abundance of drama and schedule changes. When you have someone that suffers from Dementia it crucial to keep the same schedule. Caring for Seniors is very sensitive to that and accommodates that as best they can. As far as we know they are the least expensive and in my humble opinion they provide the highest quality of care. Their contract to initiate service and pricing is very straight forward and easy to read. You don't have to pay in advance or put a huge deposit as you would with some of the other agencies in the area. Their billing is no nonsense, easy to read, and with no surprise charges. This agency is transparent with how they manage and schedule care. You as a customer are always kept in the loop. New staff members are personally escorted by management staff to your loved ones home, properly introduced, and trained on site. That is not common practice with other agencies which is shocking.... so your loved one has a stranger show up that they don't know who is supposed to care for them. My only wish is I would have known about Caring for Seniors when we knew we needed help.....it would have saved us a tremendous amount of heartache. You will not be disappointed with your decision if you give them a chance. Since transferring 100% of my mom's care to Caring for Seniors I can now literally breathe easier and sleep at night knowing my Mom (who is our world) is well taken care of.

The owners and management of this company make you feel like you are working with family. The caregivers treat every client like thier own parents/grandparents. In an emergency they guarantee care in one hour, even on nights and weekends. They truly care about the well-being of the people they care for, and go above and beyond for everyone they come into contact with. I would use this company for my own loved ones, and recommend every one else does as well.

We have used Caring Senior Service for more than 6 years for everything from home help to companionship. The staff goes out of their way to accommodate our needs which often require spur of the moment changes. Jennifer and Emma are very knowledge and compassionate and are a great addition our Care Team for Dad.

My family used Caring Senior Service of Fort Collins for my Mom before she passed away, and have now used them on a regular basis for the last year for our Dad. I cannot say enough great things about this agency. From the owner, Jennifer, to the care managers Emma and Julia, and caregivers like Teresa and Paris, every one of these women have been compassionate, caring and responsible. It is difficult to watch a parent get old and be unable to take care of themself. But the burden is really eased when the caregivers treat your parent with the same empathy they would offer their own family member. I wholeheartedly, without reservation, recommend this agency to anyone looking for caregivers.
